Jim South offers expertise in securing physical sites and crime prevention to Kolins Security Group. With a background of nearly three decades in law enforcement, South has served as a Police Detective, a Supervisor of Detectives and an Operation Supervisor for a Shooting Response Team.

He has a special interest in physical site security consulting including site security assessment, security surveys, vulnerability assessments and physical site penetration testing. He offers expertise in police best practices, procedures and training, and criminal investigations.

He is a certified New Jersey SORA Instructor and a MOAB Instructor with special interests in crime mapping, securing physical sites, and investigative tools.
