William Kellam had an outstanding law enforcement career. He comes to Kolins Security Group with 31 years’ experience on the New Jersey State Police force where he retired as Sergeant First Class. William is an expert in leadership and operations having served as the Assistant Unit Head of Security for the New Jersey State Police Division Headquarters Campus and the R.J. Hughes Justice Complex in Trenton, NJ where he was responsible for day-to-day operations at both locations.

William received commendations from the FBI, Secret Service, and the Papal Police for his years of service protecting three Presidents and two Popes. He is routinely selected for his Security expertise for World Cup Soccer games, PGA of America Events and NFL games. He was awarded the commendation of Valor from the New Jersey State Police and in the same year, the Burlington County 200 Club Award for the Valor Arrest of the Year.

William is an expert in premise and site security, site security assessment, evaluation and recommendations. He is an enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
